Peachjar Flyer Distribution Procedures
Clifton Public Schools has partnered with Peachjar to offer an electronic alternative for distributing flyers, making communication faster, more efficient, and environmentally friendly.
Peachjar's e-flyer system allows for the electronic approval of flyers, which are then sent directly to families via email. Families can easily view these e-flyers on their smartphones or computers.
There are many benefits to using Peachjar for flyer distribution. It saves time for school staff, ensures flyers are sent directly to families rather than relying on students to pass them along, and significantly reduces paper waste.
Please note that the district will no longer accept or distribute paper flyers. We kindly ask that you adhere to the guidelines below and submit all flyers via Peachjar. If you're a Clifton community organization and would like to request a Peachjar account to upload flyers, please email communications@cliftonschools.net
FamiliesIf you've provided the district with your email address, you'll automatically receive school e-flyers directly in your inbox—there's no need to log in to access or view them. If you'd prefer not to receive e-flyers by email, you can easily opt out through your Peachjar account settings.
You can view e-flyers on any device with internet access, including smartphones, tablets, and computers, by simply clicking the Peachjar button.
Please note, this system is used exclusively for distributing school-approved flyers. Your email address will remain private and will not be shared or used for any other purpose.
Parent GroupsIf you're a parent group from one of our schools and wish to distribute a flyer, please contact your school’s office staff. They will upload the flyer on your behalf.
Home and School Association presidents can request a Peachjar flyer uploader account from their building principal. Please ensure that all flyers meet the Flyer Guidelines outlined below.
Clifton Community OrganizationsClifton Public Schools distributes flyers on behalf of Clifton Community organizations as a courtesy to support community engagement. Please note that the district or school administrator reserves the right to approve or deny any flyer request. All flyers must comply with the Flyer Guidelines provided below.
Once submitted, school staff will review the materials and either approve or deny the request. Upon approval, your flyer will be posted online and emailed directly to families.
To request a volunteer uploader account, please email communications@cliftonschools.net. Volunteer Uploader accounts will only be considered for organizations within the Clifton Community.
To submit your flyer for district approval, review our Flyer Approval Guidelines and follow the steps below. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed.
- Register your account as a Community Organization on Peachjar
- Review Peachjar’s Guide for Community Organizations for information about discount pricing, flyer creation tips, and more
- Go to ‘Post & Notify’ in Your Account to Submit a Flyer
After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time. For more information on the process or pricing, please email support@peachjar.com or call (858) 997-2117.
Organizations Outside of the Clifton CommunityOrganizations outside of the Clifton Community must sign up for a Peachjar Account and submit a request via the Peachjar platform. The request will be reviewed by district personnel before approval. The district/school administrator reserves the right to deny any request.
