How to Sign Up for Pre-payment or Online Payment Account


Online payments are a simple, safe, and secure way to make payments on your student's account 24-hours a day, at your convenience. Please take advantage of the opportunity to pre-pay for your student's meal account.  Pre-paid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and give students more time to eat, relax, and play.  It also gives you peace of mind, no more worrying about looking for lunch money every day or worrying that it might get lost, stolen, or used for something other than lunch.  Think of your student's lunch account like a debit card; funds should be loaded prior to lunchtime.

Check or Cash?

You can always bring money personally or send it with your student.  Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID number, their teacher's name, the amount included, and the check number, if applicable. Turn in pre-paid deposits at the cafeteria or school office.

The Free & Reduced Meal Application for the 2025-2026 school year is now available in the Parent Portal.

  • We encourage all families to complete the meal application in the Parent Portal as soon as possible.
  • If you receive a Direct Certification Letter in August, you DO NOT have to fill out an application.
  • If you receive SNAP benefits, you still must complete a meal application.
  • If you completed a meal application during the 2024-2025 school year and your child(ren) qualified for free or reduced meals as of June, a new application is still required for the 2025-2026 school year.


Please note that you will be charged for your child(ren)’s meals if you do not complete an application or if you do not qualify based on income.

If you qualify for Federal Free or Reduced meals or receive a Direct Certification Letter, you will receive Summer EBT in 2026. Please be sure not to OPT OUT of EBT benefits on the meal application.
